Uffa Modey is the Vice President/Cofounder of Digital Grassroots and the Coordinator of the Nigeria Youth IGF. She is a Nigerian female who is passionate about capacity building for youth engagement in Internet technology and governance. She designs and leads digital literacy programs for youth from underserved communities globally.
