Chile: President Bachelet to end ban on abortion

President Michelle Bachelet announced her plans to end the ban on abortion in Chile. In cases of mortal danger, or rape of the mother, or no chance of survival of the fetus, abortion shall be legalized, according to Bachelet's plans.
