Katja Kinder, Black German Educator. She works as vice executive manager at the RAA Berlin, an agency for Educational Justice and is co-founder of ADEFRA (Schwarze Frauen in Deutschland, founded in 1986). She is also a freelance empowerment trainer and conflict mediator, working with a Black intersectional feminist and critical race framework for over 20 years.
