Supporting women-led initiatives and promoting intersectional approaches are crucial for creating a sustainable future, as they highlight the connection between gender equity, art, and education in shaping a more inclusive society.

For Sonia Hedhili, documentation is a cornerstone of advocacy, serving as a means to preserve narratives, amplify marginalized voices, and foster social change. She considers it as a tool for connecting feminist struggles and community stories with broader societal dialogues.

Since 2019, she has been actively collaborating with Zanoobya NGO on implementing projects focused on gender equality. These initiatives have sought to strengthen grassroots capacities and promote resilience through targeted interventions.

Additionally, she plays a key role in the TranStyX Project produced by Zeineb Farhat, an artivist initiative that adopts mainstream platforms to raise awareness about the struggles of the local queer community, with a special focus on trans individuals. This project merges art and activism to foster visibility and challenge societal prejudices, contributing to a more inclusive dialogue on LGBTQ+ rights.

In 2021, she initiated Couleurs Philosophiques, a multimedia project in collaboration with the Heinrich Böll Foundation Tunisia. This initiative produced four documentaries tackling key themes such as gender equality, security, and human rights. Designed to bring philosophy into everyday life, the series reimagines philosophy as an active process of creation, reflection, and critical analysis. It seeks to inspire a quest for truth, freedom, meaning, and awareness while fostering open dialogue on societal issues. By blending intellectual depth with accessible storytelling, Couleurs Philosophiques bridges the gap between profound concepts and public understanding, encouraging collective reflection on shared values.

In the realm of performing arts, she produced Modest Proposals 2034, a provocative theatrical work by Moncef Zahrouni. The play challenged societal norms and explored innovative ideas for addressing pressing issues such as gender dynamics and ecological sustainability.

As the founder of Positive Impact Consulting, she empowers women entrepreneurs to create and expand businesses that generate social and environmental outcomes. Her work emphasizes intersectional approaches, advocating for inclusive strategies that address gender equity, sustainability, and human rights simultaneously.

Having been mentored by pioneering women leaders - entrepreneurs, lawyers, and activists - Sonia Hedhili embrace the value of knowledge-sharing as a cornerstone of her work. She applies this philosophy across all her initiatives, whether through consulting, artistic endeavors, or advocacy, to empower individuals and build collective strength.
