Lital Ayalon is the Co-director of Mahapach-Taghir, an educational, feminist organization that works in a framework of a Palestinian-Jewish partnership. Mahapach is working with disadvantaged communities in Israel’s geo-social periphery, building community resilience, and promotes solidarity and equality.

Lital is an activist and a facilitator of dialogue groups for social and political change, worked for many years in the field of education and shared society. She has a M.A. degree in conflict resolution and mediation and a B.A. degree in sociology.
